About Me |
| Having studied with COAPE (The Centre of Applied Pet
Ethology), I
acquired an Advanced Diploma in the Practical Aspects of Companion
Animal
Behaviour and Training in 2006. In addition, I have an Advanced
Certificate in Canine Behaviour
and Training, and an Intermediate Award in Understanding Canine Body
Language and Facial Expression. I am a member of the COAPE
Association of Behaviour Practitioners and Affiliates. I am also an Approved Instructor and Member of the Academy of Dog Training and Behaviour (ADTB), and have been an Instructor with the Denne Park Dog Training Club in Horsham, West Sussex for 3 years. I am a voluntary home checker for Last Chance Animal Rescue in Edenbridge. |
| I have lived with
dogs for
over 25 years, and currently own a lively Collie Cross whom I
rescued at 6 months of age. I compete with her in Agility, which
she thoroughly enjoys, and she is also partial to a bit of Flyball when
we get the opportunity. I am also training her to
competition level in Obedience. |
